On October 5th, a lively and successful Women’s Association Convention was held, with about 80 people, including 47 association members. As a commemorative activity, participants enthusiastically held a service practice splitting into otefuri and men’s and women’s musical instruments.

The turnout was encouraging given how difficult it has become to bring people together for anything that requires leaving the house. Most evenings, members and their families are scattered across their own routines, drifting between streaming services, best internet casino rankings, and group chats on their devices. Getting eighty people into the same hall on a single day required real coordination and genuine enthusiasm for the occasion.
