On December 18 from 10 am to 2 pm, we were able to hold the Holiday Bazaar for the first time in three years. I believe we were able to bring joy to the New York Center community as well as our neighbors in the area. Thank you very much for your help.
On December 4 from 10 am, the December Monthly Service was held (81 attendees). The sermon was delivered by Alejandro Jimenez, New York Center Staff Minister.
On November 6 from 10 am, the November Monthly Service was held (87 attendees). The sermon was delivered by Jiro Goto, New York Center Staff Minister.
The Young Men’s Association (YMA) held its Kick-off event on October 16. This was the first in-person event organized by our association since the beginning of the pandemic. 22 members gathered at NY Center and participated in the Kick-off event, consisting of the seated service, lunch, and trivia.
On October 2 from 10 am, the Autumn Grand Service was held spiritedly (100 attendees). The sermon was delivered by Rev. Yoichi Fukui, Minister of New York Center. A donation of a large salmon was offered and enjoyed during the lunch reception.
